When will I receive my User ID and password?

Within 24 hours after a successful subscription, we will email your Kaeri User ID and default password.We send this email to the email address linked to your PayPal account.Please keep this email safe — you will need these details to sign in to the Kaeri app.

I didn't receive the email. What should I do?

Please check the following:Check your Spam / Junk folderMake sure your PayPal email address can receive emails — we send account emails to the email linked to your PayPal accountWait up to 24 hours after paymentIf you still can’t find the email, contact us by email or WhatsApp, and include:The PayPal email you used to subscribeYour payment date（if possible）

How do I cancel?

Can I pause my subscription?
