Clearing cache is usually not available in the same way, so the practical fix is restarting first, then reinstalling in View Navigator if needed.

Before reinstalling (recommended)

Please first try:

  • Restart your device

  • Close and reopen the View Navigator app completely (make sure it is not running in the background)

This is because reinstalling may remove saved replays.

If it still doesn’t work: reinstall Kaeri TV in View Navigator

  1. Open View Navigator

  2. Press the file button

  3. In Manage Web Pages, delete Kaeri TV

  4. Press “+” at the bottom-right corner

  5. Enter the Kaeri TV link shown on our Download page, then allow it to download and install

  6. Open Kaeri TV in View Navigator and sign in again

⚠️Kindly note: Reinstalling will remove all your saved replays.⚠️

Before reinstalling, we recommend you try restarting your device or closing and reopening View Navigator first.

After clearing cache or data

  • Open the Kaeri TV app

  • Sign in with your User ID and password

  • Try playing a video again
